Task: Implement a stand according to the customer’s design from BIGEXHIBITS. Provide exhibitors (Malta Tourism Authority, Air Malta, Maltese host companies) with an equipped, unified, and at the same time separate work area. Design – BIGEXHIBITS. Design and production of an exhibition stand, construction of an exhibition stand (installation and dismantling of the exhibition stand), technical support during the exhibition, floral design of the exhibition stand. Graphic design of the exhibition stand, including three-dimensional backlit logos.
Implementation: production and turnkey construction of an exhibition stand, floristic and decorative design of the exposition, provision and connection of video equipment. Features of the project: All main structural elements are made of a metal frame and a banner with a print. The decorative element of the meeting area (partition) is a wooden structure for painting. The supporting elements of the frieze are a pipe. The flooring is laminate. Graphics – direct printing on banners and PVC. Presentation equipment – LCD panels. Implementation time – 10 days (the main structure of the stand was constructed in 2015 and adapted to the existing area). Elements of the stand were kept in safekeeping at the Global Event warehouse for building the stand next year.
Stand description: The main focus of the stand is branded pylons 4.2 meters high with graphics and information about the exhibitors. Pylons serve as a wall, but also visually divide the space into zones. The stand is equipped with a semi-closed area for business communication, open meeting areas, a reception area, an equipped bar, presentation graphics are located on the walls, pylons and plasma screens. A utility room/kitchen is provided.
