A special feature of the exhibition stand was the task of duplicating the elements of the same exhibition stand (reception desk) at the exhibition, the installation of which was completed on the first day of dismantling the current exhibition, using the same structure at both exhibitions in order to optimize the budget. The task is to design structures in such a way that they can be quickly and easily dismantled and assembled in a limited time.

Construction of the walls of the utility room: plywood boxes, MDF/6 mm sheathing, height 3.5 m, facade wall – porridge with LED screen: MDF + RAL 3020 painting. Two rear sides of the utility room: banner fabric with printing, preferably without corners and dies. The suspension design is organized using power trusses to which graphic posters are attached. Consistent placement of graphics tiles and their orientation (from left to right). ProLyte Farm. On the truss, there are strips with graphics: 5 mm PVC plastic, UV printing on both sides. Fastening the slats to the truss: metal plate on the inside of the slats, transparent cable, carabiners, lamps: 17-20 pcs. There is no podium; extensions are provided to level the floor under the screen and reception area. Red carpet, Rainbow 032. Reception: volumetric floor letters are the frame for the reception desk.

The reception desk is arranged at an angle on both sides of the exhibition area so that up to 16 operators can work with exhibition visitors behind it. The rack design consists of 6 parts and are fastened together. The bottom of the blocks of letters: adjustable legs are provided, the letters are recessed on the aisle side by 16 mm, on the stand side by 80 mm, materials – frame: MDF 16 mm, MDF lining 6 mm, flexible MDF, water-based paint in RAL. Video wall 2.5*4 m high, 16:9, screen resolution in pixels 1408*880. Bose sound speakers, mixing console, 2 pcs – radio microphone. The furniture is transparent. Lighting: metal halogen lamps on a power truss.
