Objective &  Ideology of the exhibition stand concept

The purpose of the exhibition is to demonstrate to Russian and foreign participants of the Festival the innovative potential of the progressive youth of the region. Present at the stand advanced projects in the field of: industry, trade, entrepreneurship, education (science), sports and culture.

Attracting attention at the stand (activity): in order to stimulate interest in the stand of the Nizhny Novgorod region, make the exposition as interactive as possible (show presentations, interactive programs, master classes, presentation of the unique features and capabilities of the region, presentation of regional government programs aimed at improving the quality of life young generation, demonstration of the most successful youth projects. Virtual excursions to 3-4 (three or four) leading enterprises of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Zone of the 2018 FIFA World Cup (host city of Nizhny Novgorod). The task is that the guest does not just visit the stand, stopping at visual inspection, and when visiting the World Championship area, he performs an action, leaving something as a keepsake.

Realization & peculiarities of the project

The exhibition exposition is as interactive as possible, open and accessible to Festival participants. The layout of the stand is organized in such a way as to make the most efficient use of the space for presenting the achievements of the Nizhny Novgorod region and creating comfortable conditions for conducting interactive programs, business meetings, negotiations and presentations. Compositionally, the square is divided into two zones – an open information zone, a meeting zone for visitors and participants of the Festival, and a closed zone. The open area is designed to meet visitors and participants of the Festival, communicate, demonstrate the potential of the Nizhny Novgorod region in various areas of activity, and is equipped with everything necessary for the comfortable work of stand staff. There are 2 reception desks with a logo, booklets for information materials, a touchscreen, areas for communication (parklet), an installation, a photo zone, a relaxation and reading area. The purpose of the closed area is warehousing and storage of printed products, placement of the necessary equipment for the operation of the stand, and a server room for servicing the video wall.

Methods of presenting information to visitors and participants of the Festival: dynamic capsule with virtual reality glasses, seamless video wall, logos, touchscreens (interactive panels), plasmas, printed and souvenir products, installation of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, small architectural forms (library shelving, reception), photo zone .Maximum information richness of the exposure is achieved through the use of dynamic video materials. The seamless video wall is located in such a way that it is possible to demonstrate, present and gather an audience in several directions: a film about current developments at universities, a film about Nizhny Novgorod, a film based on the places of M. Gorky: 150 years since the birth of Maxim Gorky. A parklet area in a youth format, located in close proximity to the video wall. Relaxation and reading area with a library filled with the collected works of M. Gorky in Russian and English. Literary co-working on the theme “Maxim Gorky”. The Merchant’s Box is the theme of the fair. The main creative, decorative and at the same time informational element of the stand is the World Cup zone.

Description of the stand

The height of the walls is 4 m, made of plywood + chipboard boxes. Three-dimensional logos made of MDF + painting with LED backlighting. The floor is the podium. Floor covering: laminated chipboard, matte white color. Rolling of floor graphics (map of the Nizhny Novgorod region in the open area): plotter cutting. Interior wall decoration: banner fabric, white, without graphics, the joints of the banner fabric are decorated with white strips. Photo zone, face – plexiglass, application of plotter application from self-adhesive film, steps to enter the photo zone. Left inner side wall of the photo zone: banner fabric, white, without graphics.

Furniture was produced according to the design of the exhibition stand – parklet. The basis of the parklet design is a box decorated with slats painted red according to RAL. Built-in library: niches for books, painted with water-based paint. Reception desk 2 pcs. Reception color: white matte, painted with water-based paint, niche on the front side with lighting. There are hinged doors, a shelf, and exhibits are located on the reception countertops. The tabletop is made of laminated chipboard, white. An installation is being built into the niche of the right reception. Two touch screen stands. The design for the touch screen is made individually according to the screen size.
