The facade of the external wall of the stand, a video wall porridge made of seamless panels, is covered with interior textured panels. The shape of the exhibition stand follows the architecture of the room and fits harmoniously into the interior. The difficulty of building the exhibition stand was that the premises itself do not involve installation work inside. The parquet varnish floors of the palace hall needed to be protected as much as possible from possible damage; loading and loading operations were carried out manually.

The basic structure of the exhibition stand consists of pillars made of plywood and MDF, covered with white polystyrene. A chrome-plated steel joker pipe interconnects the pillars. The walls of the meeting room are covered with furniture plastic with wood decor. The open meeting area has a mesh ceiling decorated with florists and LED garlands. Floor – podium, non-floor covering made of white polystyrene.

The reception desk is made from MDF boxes, the cladding is HPL furniture plastic, LED lighting inside, the decor is live floristry. Graphic design of the stand: central logo made of 10 mm transparent plexiglass with LED edge lighting, with UV direct printing on plexiglass, posters on poles – direct UV printing on PVC plastic and self-adhesive film. Designer furniture. Video equipment: seamless video wall, two touch tables, sound speakers. A photo exhibition was organized on the street in front of the palace entrance as part of the forum. Double-sided street structures were produced for photo display. Structures based on aluminum exhibition profiles with weighting materials.
