The main idea behind the design of the exhibition stand at the international specialized exhibition NEFTEGAZ is to present Rosneft as a powerful production giant, a stable company, a reliable partner of the international oil and gas business, and a major player in the global market. The composition is organized in such a way as to make the most efficient use of space to create an eye-catching and information-rich exposition. The design of the closed part of the stand is unmistakably associated with an oil refinery. This analogy will be effective within the framework of a specialized event.
The task of the design is to create an information-rich exposition, a convenient and functional platform for presentation of the Company’s achievements. Zoning of the exhibition area and placement of information elements on it are organized in accordance with the set task. To ensure maximum recognizability of the exposition, the stand design actively uses the Company’s logo, corporate colors, branded suspension of original shape, raised to the maximum allowable height. The very design of the stand allows unmistakable identification of the company’s activity direction. The use of modern technologies (interactive displays, video wall) at the stand characterizes Rosneft as a modern, steadily developing company.
The stand also emphasizes today’s topical theme of ecology – the entire floor of the open meeting area is covered with a carpet imitating grass, thus symbolizing the Company’s concern for the environment, its desire to modernize and optimize production processes in order to preserve nature.
The exposition area is divided into two zones – open and closed. The open area contains all the main informational elements of the stand – a video screen with a presentation of the Company’s activities, touchscreens with an interactive survey of stand visitors, posters based on artistic photos of the Company’s production facilities. There is also a guest welcome zone: in the front part of the stand there is a reception for active work of the stand operators, booklets with advertising and informational printed materials about the Company. For the convenience of visitors and stand visitors, tables and chairs are located in this area, which are conducive to business negotiations and familiarization with Rosneft’s activities.
The closed meeting room, which is structurally separated from the open part of the exposition, is designed for business meetings away from prying eyes. There is a table with soft comfortable armchairs for maximum comfort of the negotiators, a laptop and a plasma, on which, if necessary, it is convenient to show the Company’s presentation. In a separate room there is an auxiliary room equipped with a full kitchen for the work of catering services, as well as shelves for storing souvenirs and promotional products.
