During the Rosneft exposition at the exhibition, the following methods were used to present visitors and exhibitors with information produced in preparation for the exhibition: Video wall. A video presentation of the company was shown on 51 MicroTiles screens. Thanks to its impressive size and dynamic video sequence, the compositionally complex video wall was clearly visible from different points of the pavilion. 3D map. In the center of the video wall was a three-dimensional Map of Russia indicating the deposit and production profile of the company’s enterprises. Touchscreen stand. Two stands with touchscreens were placed on the wall, on which an interactive survey about the activities of Rosneft was presented. Plasma screens were placed at the stand to demonstrate an image film about the Rosneft oil company.

The map with the location of the main production facilities of Rosneft for the exhibition was prepared according to the thematic and exhibition plan of the Customer, which was drawn up taking into account the fact that the map should indicate the location and production profile of individual enterprises of Rosneft, as well as a callout map of the Vankor block of fields in the Krasnoyarsk region. The content for the video wall was produced by Global Events specialists in accordance with the terms of reference provided by Rosneft – the video presented artistic photographs of Rosneft production facilities, project data and general information about the company’s work.

Graphic materials for the design of the stand were produced, delivered to Krasnoyarsk and used for the artistic decoration of the exposition of NK Rosneft on a rented space for the opening of the exhibition.

The stand area is divided into open and closed areas.

An open area for the simultaneous work of 3-4 booth workers includes: a reception desk, 2 tables for negotiations with exhibition visitors, information desks for advertising materials. The closed area includes: a meeting room for 8 people, equipped with a round table with chairs, a sofa and 2 armchairs. A plasma panel and laptop for presentation are also provided. A storage room for promotional and souvenir products, a small kitchen with a mini-sink, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a cooler and a table for preparing food. The storage room is equipped with racks for advertising materials, space for placing office equipment used for demonstrating presentations and videos, and a hanger for exhibitors’ outerwear.
