The most environmentally-friendly exposition at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi 2017 was the exhibition stand of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia. The head of Rosprirodnadzor Artem Sidorov and the Governor of the Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov saw and appreciated the exhibition stand. A. Sidorov said: “It is important that environmentally safe and energy-saving materials were used to create the exposition.” The constructions of the exhibition stand are made of wood waste, and all equipment works on energy-saving technologies. The design uses LED lamps, presentation products are displayed on screens with reduced power consumption. The stand consumes 40% less electricity than any other similar design. Special attention should be paid to the decoration: the walls of the exposition are decorated with live plants – ivy ivy and four kinds of Caucasian cheaders, which were collected in the Sochi arboretum as part of an environmental action to cleanse trees from satellite plants. Thus, in the architecture of the exhibition stand, the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia was able to fully comply with the main principle of the Year of Ecology – rational use of resources.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
